WILDFLOWERS
For me, spring time is about the wildflowers that start to appear in the parks around Victoria as early as March. This drawing includes some of my favourities: camas, honeysuckle, shooting stars, chocolate lily, and lady slipper.
This is a fairly recent drawing where, for the first time, I included some very basic line drawing for the borders. It all started after I read a couple of books on art deco/nouveau and got a bit itchy to include some of the border elements in a drawing.
