THE LEGISLATURE

Located in Victoria, British Columbia's Parliament Buildings were built by Francis Rattenbury in 1893.  At night, 3,300 external lights bring these buildings to life.
 
This drawing was executed on hot press board  (Bainbridge S-172) measuring 15"x 20".
